Can you give me a quote via email or on the phone?

Unfortunately, we can't. Since every job is different, we need to be able to see your home or business in order to get you the best and most accurate price. When we do a complimentary quote, we're taking into consideration the number of rooms you'd like cleaned or the square footage, along with their condition.

Do you charge by the hour or by the project?

We  charge by the project, not by the hour. That said, we can always give you an estimate or how long a project will take us so you know how long we'll be at your home or business.

How far in advance should I book and what are your hours of operation? Do you have a cancellation policy?

While we do have a full schedule on any given day, we also save spots on our calendar for emergency services. This ensures that if someone has an urgent cleaning need, we're at the ready. We also know our clients lead busy lives. Because of this, we're always willing to work with your schedule and what hours are best for you. We're more than happy to arrive at the job however early or late you need us.

Also, we get things come up. We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hour cancellation notice. 

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely! We value your home or business just as much as you do. Being licensed, bonded and insured isn't a nice to have, it's a must have to give our clients peace of mind.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning? How do you handle pets in the home?

It's up to you if you'd like to be home or at your business during the time of cleaning. We have experience in coordinating with our clients if they're not at the property, and can always guarantee we'll keep things secure while on the job.

If you have pets and aren't home, we do ask that you secure them to keep them and us safe. If you are home, we're happy to work around them.
